Substrates must be compact and consistent, free from dust, rust, oil, and grease, and free from moisture, with no loose and flaky debris or imperfectly anchored parts. The substrate must be stable, non-deformable, without cracks, and have already completed the curing period of hydrometric shrinkage. Uneven areas must be corrected with suitable smoothing and finishing products. Rust on iron surfaces must be removed by sandblasting.

Pour part B (hardener) into part A (base) and mix well until a uniform white paste is obtained. It is advisable to use a low-speed electric stirrer to ensure perfect mixing and avoid overheating the mix, reducing the working time. Use the mix within 40 minutes of mixing. The user must mix a quantity of adhesive, which can be consumed within 1 hour.

Apply PG-1000 ECO to the substrate, maintaining a uniform layer with a notched trowel. For exterior installations, the tile backs must be completely covered with adhesive when both waterproofing and bonding are required. For a wooden surface, spread PG-1000 ECO on the substrate with a flat trowel to a thickness of at least 2 mm, then rework the surface with a notched trowel to line it all over, but without reducing the thickness to less than 1 mm. This thickness must be maintained even after the tiles have been installed.

PG-1000 ECO is a two-part polyurethane-based solvent and water-free tile adhesive that is waterproof, has high adhesion and has chemical and mechanical resistance, laying with no vertical slip on rigid and non-absorbent substrates.

PG-1000 ECO has a shelf life of 12 months in unopened packs if kept in a dry storage condition. And protect from direct sunlight. Before using each component for application, stir well before use.
