LW Waterproofing

Power Grace-LW is specially formulated additive composed of cement compatible, surface active agent, polymers & additives. It is used as an additive for cement concrete/mortar/plasters. It improves the integral waterproofing properties of cement concrete & plasters after curing.
Waterproofing of cement-sand mortar & cement concrete used in :
- Roof Slabs & screeds - Basements - Water Tanks& Water retaining structures
- Bathrooms Balconies - Sumps Drains - External Plastering
- Charge cement & aggregates to concrete mixer as per the mix design, mix in dry state for 2-3 minutes.
- Now start addition of 75-80% mixing water & mix for 3-4 minutes.
- Add Power Grace LW 150ml per 50 kg. of cement in water and stir gently.
- Discharge the concrete / plaster for application.
- Cure the applied mortar or concrete as per construction practices.
- Compatibility - Being a liquid, easily dispersible & compatible with concrete & mortar mixes.
- Durability - Increases durability by improving integral waterproofing of concrete.
- Cohesiveness - Makes the concrete / mortar more cohesive.
- Permeability - It reduces permeability of water into concrete.
- Breathing - It retains the breathing efficiency of concrete.
- Strength - Does not affect the setting time and strength of concrete.
- Shrinkage - Reduces shrinkage crack development in plaster & concrete.
- Economics : It is an economical additive as compared to other waterproofing materials.
- Do not add Power Grace LW directly to dry cement & aggregate mix.
- Maintain water-cement ratio as low as possible.
- The dosage of Power Grace LW should be maintained as per recommendations.

18 months from the date of manufacturing in unopened conditions.
- Use rubber hand gloves & safety goggles, while using Power Grace LW.
- In case of contact with skin, wash with water.
- Keep out of reach of children.
