Epoxy grout is a three or two-component epoxy-based joint filler designed for use in the application of ceramic tile, vitrified tile and all-natural stone. The excellent feature of power Epoxy grout is that it can easily be cleaned from any surface with water using a scrubber or sponge within the stipulated time.

- Before starting to grout, remove debris from the grout joints and lightly sponge the tile
- Clean the surface to remove dust and dirt
- Do not clean tiles with acid cleaners, since this may affect the overall shade of the grout
- Empty the entire contents of Epoxy grout Parts A and B into a clean mixing pan or saturated tin
- Mix both Parts A and B well before commencing the grouting work
- Mix with a trowel by the manual method or by a slow-speed stirrer mixer, maintaining an rpm not exceeding 300-400
- Add Part-C (coloured powder) as required to get a uniform consistency
- Mix the material as stiffly as possible to work into the joints
- Using a rubber float or grout filling accessories, fill the tile joints as per standard epoxy grouting techniques
- Be sure all tile joints are packed full
- Remove all excess material before the initial cleaning (40-50 minutes) with a grout float
- Do not leave excess grout on the face of tiles, since this will lead to material setting and therefore make it difficult to clean
- While the application is done on open areas like swimming pools, it is recommended to keep the working area covered and protected from direct sunlight for 7 days until the pools are filled with water
- Remove all excess grout from the tile surface with the edge of the grout float
- The direction to use the grout float should be at a 90˚angle diagonally across the joints and tile to avoid pulling out the material
- Initial cleaning should commence after 40-50 minutes of grouting
- Using clean water, scrub the tile surface and joint width to remove any excess grout and get a smooth finish
- After 24 hours, do a final cleaning with normal soap and water to remove any haze from the tile

Packed containers of this product are guaranteed to be of first quality for 2 years if stored at temperatures >32˚F (0˚C) and <110˚F (43˚C).
- During low temperatures (the winter season), the curing of grout will take time; hence, finished work should be covered from traffic until fully cured
- Since poxy grout contains an epoxy base and hardener, it may cause eye and skin irritation until it is cured
- Keep out of reach of children
- In case of contact with eyes or skin, flush thoroughly with water
