PG 1100 S2 is a specialized adhesive mortar that combines synthetic resin and highly flexible polymer fibers. It is designed for installing large-format vitrified tiles, composite marble/quartz (engineered stone), and natural stone slabs, offering high safety reserves.

- Large format tiles and marble slabs: 800 x 2400 mm, 1200 x 2400 mm
- Natural stones with a low tendency to discolor
- Glass tiles, glass mosaics and mosaics synthetic resin-bonded slabs (agglomerate slabs)

- High working time with extended open time
- Excellent bond strength
- No curing is required
- The surface should be sound and clean, free from dust, grease, oil, loose material or paint
- Movement joints are to be filled with a suitable joint filler
- The surface must be in SSD condition before application
- Spread the adhesive uniformly on the surface as required with a proper notch trowel to get the required depth of 6–12 mm
- Place the tile on the adhesive surface and press firmly into position with a slight twisting action
- Ensure that good contact is maintained with the back of each tile, eliminating the possibility of any air voids
- Tiles should be applied within 15 to 20 minutes of the adhesive being applied
- Keep adequate joints between two tiles using spacers
- Clean off surplus adhesive from the tile face and between joints
- Always add powder to water, and never add water to powder
- Never add more water than is recommended
- The surface should be hard and in sound condition for floor tiling
- Do not use in damp conditions
- It is not recommended for tiling on paint, wood, metal or gypsum
30-35 sq. ft. for a 20kg bag at 6mm thickness may vary upon notch trowel size at site condition.
Shelf life is one year from the date of manufacturing. Store the material in a cool, dry place away from moisture.
