Power Grout Plus is a single-component SBR-based bonding agent and cement modifier. It is suitable as an admixture for obtaining waterproof concrete, plasters, and mortars for various applications.

- For improving tensile and shear adhesion, to improve the bond of vertical plaster mortar
- It is a high-solid white product and hence, can be used in GRC products
- It can be used in areas with high water content, such as swimming pools, fountains, and dams, as well as areas with high flexibility, such as bridges, canals and industrial flooring areas
- It can be used for high bonding with glass tiles, vitrified tiles, natural stones, aluminum and other building construction products
- It can be applied to patchwork mortar
- Increases flexibility and tensile strength
- Increases the weather resistance of grout
- Increases durability and high bonding; increases flexibility and tensile strength
- Reduces staining. and increases the weather resistance of grout
- It is excellent for grouting tiles with high absorptive levels
Rendering with cement mortar. Filling joints with cement or cement mortar.
- Pour 100 ml of Power Grout Plus with 200 ml of clean water into a clean container. Add 1 kg of cement slowly and continuously
- In the case of cement mortar, dilute 100 ml of Power Grout Plus with 200 ml of water and add it to the wet mix of cement and sand
- Mix until a smooth paste consistency is achieved
- Apply the paste to joints, renderings, and other recommended applications
18 months from the date of manufacturing. Store in a cool, dry place in a sealed condition and prevent direct sunlight.
- Avoid contact with the skin and eyes
- In case of contact with skin, rinse with clean water and then clean with soapy water
- In the event of contact with the eyes, rinse immediately with clean water and seek medical advice
- Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves, and eye protective equipment during the application
