• Surface should be sound and clean, free from dust, grease, oil, loose material or paint
• Movement joints to be filled with suitable joint filler
• The surface must be in SSD condition before application

• Mix 20kg bag of PG-800 & W800 in approx 7 liter to 8.5 liter of clean water and mix thoroughly until a slump-free mortar is achieved
• Mix with a trowel or slow-speed drills for the homogeneous mix
• Allow it to slake for 5 minutes
• Mix the required quantity, which can be used within the desired pot life, not exceeding 1m² area

• Spread the adhesive uniformly on the surface as required with proper notch trowel to get the required depth of 6-12mm
• Place the tile on the adhesive surface and press firmly into position with a slight twisting action, ensure that good contact is maintained to the back of each tile, eliminating the possibility of any air voids
• Tiles should be applied within 15 to 20 minutes of adhesive being applied
• Keep adequate joints between two tiles using spacers
• Clean off surplus adhesive from the tile face and between joints

• Always add the powder to water and never add water to the powder
• Never add excess water than recommended
• Surface should be hard and in sound condition for floor tiling
• Do not use in damp conditions
• Not recommended for tiling on paint, wood, metal and gypsum

30-35 sq. ft for 20kg bag at 6mm thickness, may vary upon notch trowel size at site condition.

Shelf life is one year from the date of manufacturing. Store the material in a cool and dry place away from moisture.
